29.12 – Please note we have introduced a freeze period on 30 and 31 December due to the transition to Brexit which requires you to add digital customs data to your labels. UK bound parcels shipped on 30 and 31 December will be returned to you at your cost. It is really important that you undertake the required Brexit preparations to be able to resume shipping to the UK on 01.01.2021.

We do our utmost to deliver your parcels as soon as possible while taking into account the health and safety measures.
The last couple of months, we promote safe place delivery to our consignees, without signature. This functionality is applicable for home deliveries only.
Most of our shops are back in business. Obviously the revised delivery procedure to avoid physical contact between the shop owner and the receiver or driver is still applicable.

You can again redirect your parcel to a parcel shop.
The receiver doesn’t need to sign on the scanner, the delivery will be done without touching the scanner. The driver will deposit the parcel at a safe distance from the receiver. He will ask for the receiver’s name and note it down on his scanner together with the code “C-19” of “COVID-19”. In the Pickup parcelshops, the shop owner will also note “C-19” or “COVID-19” on his scanner, therefore avoiding physical contact with the driver and the consignee.
To prevent the contamination of the virus, only employees are temporarily allowed in our depots and offices. So please do not visit our depots to pick up and / or bring in a parcel.
26.10.2020: The depot 0142 in Guidonia, Italy is closed due the Covid-19. All postcodes are still being delivered but these parcels will have approximately 1 week delay.

Rest assured, we still deliver your parcels! However, take in account some changes due to the virus.
In order to prevent any contact, our drivers will sign for receipt themselves. He will ask for your name and note it down on his scanner together with the code “C-19” of “COVID-19”. Also he will keep a safe distance (guideline of 1.5m). This delivery method is applicable for all 2B deliveries. In case you except a delivery at your home address, we advise you to give a deposit permission (safe place).

You avoid close contact thanks to this delivery option. A deposit permission doesn’t require any signature. As such you don’t need to be in close contact with the driver or his scanner. The driver simply drops off the parcel in the location you mentioned and leaves.
