If you have purchased a package ticket in myDPD or in the DPD app and have provided the wrong address, please cancel your package receipt and create a new one. You have the right to revoke the order within fourteen days of placing the order without giving any reasons. You can use the withdrawal form or contact us by e-mail. Please inform yourself about the exercise and the consequences of the cancellation in our general terms and conditions.
