Returning a parcel you’ve bought online is easy with DPD Laser, you can send and pay directly on our website, drop your parcel at one of our Parcelshops, or log your return with the seller and they’ll instruct us to collect from you.

Sometimes you buy something that doesn’t quite live up to expectations. Thankfully you can count on DPD Laser when this happens, because we make returning parcels easy. We offer a number of options to do so.

Sometimes you buy something that doesn’t quite live up to expectations. Thankfully you can count on DPD Laser when this happens, because we make returning parcels easy. We offer a number of options to do so.

The online retailer will have your parcel collected

You will need to log your return with the online retailer and they in turn will instruct DPD Laser to collect the parcel from your preferred address. Then all you have to do is wait for DPD Laser to let you know when we’ll be there to pick it up.

(Please note: Not every online retailer uses this service)

You have to arrange the return yourself

If you need to arrange your own return, there are two options available.

  1. Visit our Send a parcel now page to pay and send directly. This will automatically trigger a collection request in our system and we’ll let you know when we’re coming to collect.

  2. Visit one of our Parcelshops.  Simply pay in store, drop your return there and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll keep you updated on your parcel movements.

Remember to inform the seller that your are returning a parcel to them.
