Service enhancements

Courier deliveries normal take place during normal business days and business hours, generally being 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. To secure a delivery after hours or over a weekend or public holiday, please ensure you notify us of your requirement.

Consulate or Embassy and Tender deliveries require special arrangements on our part, as they require booking a timeslot for delivery and/or a longer delivery timeframe. It is thus very important for you to alert us to your special document delivery requirement.

Collections and deliveries between 08h00 and 13h00. Local and Main Centres only. Includes Public Holidays and Sundays.
