It looks at first glance like an address label - and it is. But it's also a record of the shipping contract, a shipping order, a proof of insurance and an invoicing tool rolled into one. You can use customer portal www.dpdportal.sk. This tool allows to customers comfortable process of the shipment from the order to the print of the labels.

• Service label - DPD Service label. Simply stick it on and check the box. Please don't forget that to mark the Express-Service you always need, in addition to the parcel label, to stick a DPD service label on your parcel and then put an X in the relevant DPD Express-Service box: DPD 10:00, DPD 12:00, DPD 18:00, DPD GUARANTEE or Saturday delivery. If you require a receipt, simply ask the driver who picks up your parcel to sign the carbon copy of the DPD label.
