Do you need to pick up your parcel and don’t want to be dependent on courier’s arrival? Make use of Pickup and you can pick up your parcel when it is suitable for you.

To order the shipment select “to deliver the consignment to the Pickup point”

or select in the interactive SMS the option “take over in the Pickup point”

If your parcel is delivered to the Pickup point, you will receive the SMS with the information when you can pick up the parcel

Storage of the consignment in the Pickup point up to 7 working days
Payment method at Pickup points
When visiting the Pickup point you can use the following payment method:
- Payment in cash
- Payment by payment card
Payment by payment card is possible if sender authorises this service.
- Payment via Viamo
Payment by payment card and via Viamo is only available in the selected Pickup points.
