We invite you to obtain information about our terms and conditions for the shipping of parcels and mail. Here you will also find the terms of transport for specific products, together with our terms of use relating to selected applications.

The general terms and conditions of a service provider for the "CLASSIC EUROPE" and "CLASSIC SHOP" in selected countries apply to clients who are legal entities and send parcels cross-border to the following countries: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (Chronopost), France (DPD), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (BRT), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukrainia, United Kingdom. A valid list of countries is published on the website www.dpd.si.

For air shipments are valid Specific Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider for the “International Express” Service in Selected Countries in Europe.

In all other cases, the "General Terms and Conditions for parcel deliveries: DPD CLASSIC" are applied.

What you need to keep in mind for your parcel shipping.

Information for trouble-free shipping

Packing instructions: Every parcel must be packed securely so that it is suitable for automated sorting and transport.
Exclusions from shipment: there are some goods we can't transport, such as live animals, weapons and especially valuable goods such as precious metals and gems.
Weights and dimensions: parcels can have a maximum weight of 31.5 kg, a total girth (parcel girth + longest side of the parcel) of 300 cm and a length (longest side) of 175 cm. Would you like to know if your parcel has the right dimensions? Simply use our parcel size calculator.

Transport of dangerous goods - restrictions and exclusions from transport

In the DPD system, according to General Conditions, dangerous goods are excluded from transport unelss they are handed over in accordance with the provisions of the DPD Special Agreement in Transport of Dangerous Goods and Dangerous Goods in Limited Quantities (LQ). The Agreement must be confirmed both by the contracting authority and DPD Any acceptance of dangerous goods by DPD, can only be carried out on the basis of a previously signed Special Agreement on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and Dangerous Goods in Limited Quantities (LQ) submitted to the Contracting Authority after DPD appropriately assesses the class of transported dangerous goods and the use of the relevant dangerous goods.

In the DPD system, we can currently carry only dangerous goods packed in limited quantities (small packaging units) in road transport - hereinafter ADR LQ. The requirements and conditions for the transport of ADR LQ of goods are given in section 3.4. ADR agreement.
