After the DPD courier has delivered the parcel in the parcel locker, you will receive an SMS/Viber message with a link to pick up the parcel.
On the link you will receive detailed instructions for picking up the parcel, and the instructions are also located on the parcel locker itself.
DPD Pickup parcel lockers are located all over Slovenia, and you can pick up the parcel within 72 hours after receiving the notification that the parcel has been left in the parcel locker. After the deadline for collection, the parcel is returned to the sender.
