As a sender or recipient of parcels , you can quickly and easily redirect the parcel to the nearest Pickup point and pick it up when it suits you best. You have 7 calendar days to pick it up.
The recipient of the parcel will be informed about the delivery time via SMS/Viber and e-mail on the day of delivery. Via the online link sent in the message, the recipient can change the delivery address himself and redirect it to the Pickup point. You will be notified when the parcel is ready for collection.
