If the recipient of the parcel sees a flashing green light, but the door of the parcel locker does not open, follow the instructions below:

1. Try again - sometimes it takes several tries.

2. Check the Bluetooth connection - be no more than one meter away from the parcel locker.

3. We recommend using the Direct4.me application and the Chrome browser - Safari, Mozilla and other browsers are not compatible with the program. If you do not use Chrome, copy the link from the SMS directly to the browser.
