How do we take care of our new colleagues?
Each new employee receives a detailed training plan from day one at work.
Everyone gets a welcome pack.
At the very beginning of the work, new employees go through the introductory part of the training with colleagues from the HR department.
We organize an interactive initial training and show them the whole depot.
We promote the possibility of staff rotation in different departments.
In addition to all the above, our new colleagues can look forward to many other activities and events organized by the company throughout the year.
