With our Tracking function and flexible redirection options, we provide consignees with full control over their parcel shipping.
With our delivery notification and Tracking, you no longer need to waste time waiting for parcels. On the day of delivery, we inform you down to the last hour exactly when your parcel will arrive!
You have complete control over your parcel information. You can be sure of the success of the first delivery attempt. With the Predict message, you are informed about the exact time of delivery.
Live tracking - you can track your parcel live on the day of delivery, the map is updated every minute.
Will you not be at home at the time of delivery? Redirect the parcel to one of more than 650 Pickup points, in DPD Pickup Station - parcel locker across Slovenia, specify your safe place where the courier can leave the parcel or specify another address or date for delivery.

All you have to do is:
- in the myDPD application, select "Change address" from the redirection options,
- enter a new address in the field (maybe work address?)
- we will deliver the parcel to the address you specify.
Are you not at home on the day of delivery, but you are home the next day? Postpone delivery to the next (or any other) day.
All you have to do is:
- in the myDPD application, select "Change day" from the diversion options,
- click on the desired delivery day in the calendar
- we will deliver the parcel to you on the day you specify.
Redirect your parcel to your nearest Pickup point and pick it up when it suits you best.
All you have to do is:
- in the myDPD application, select "Specify Pickup point" from the diversion options,
- find your nearest Pickup point and designate it for delivery
- we will deliver the parcel to you there.
As a registered user, you can set delivery preferences in the myDPD application and mark a specific Pickup point as a favorite delivery point. We will then always deliver all future parcels to you at this point without having to re-mark the delivery redirect every time.
As a delivery option, you can also choose delivery to a safe place and we will leave your parcel in a certain place of your choice (e.g. in the garage, on the terrace, under the letterbox...).
All you have to do is:
- in the myDPD application, select "Delivery to a safe place" from the diversion options,
- determine a safe place of your choice (e.g. terrace, garage, under the letterbox...)
- we will leave the parcel at a designated place
Do you want to pick up a parcel but don't want to depend on the arrival of the courier? Take advantage of Pickup points and pick up the parcel when it suits you best.
- In our Predict message, you will receive a notification on the day of delivery with the possibility of changing the delivery of the parcel.
- Redirect the parcel to your nearest Pickup point.
- When the parcel is delivered, you will receive an SMS message with information on when you can pick it up.
- The parcel can be picked up within 7 working days.
