We inform you that the national system for monitoring road transport on the national territory of high fiscal risk goods and international road transport of goods, RO e-Transport, is in force. That's why, in order to help you, we provide you with some necessary information in order to comply with the legislative provisions.
Obtaining the UIT code is mandatory in both situations set out above, respectively, for the road transport on the national territory of high fiscal risk goods as well as for the international road transport of goods, only if the weight and/or value conditions stipulated by the ANAF/AVR Common Order 2545/6316/21.12.2022 are met, respectively:
*You have the obligation to make the UIT code available to DPD at the latest when the vehicle is presented at the road border crossing point, respectively, when the vehicle is actually put into motion, as the case may be.
If, for any reason, the UIT code entered on the transport document becomes invalid or needs to be updated, you have the obligation to inform us.
Non-compliance with the legislative provisions can be sanctioned with fines of up to 100,000 lei in the case of legal entities, as well as confiscation of the value of undeclared goods.
The obligation to declare it in the RO e-Transport system belongs to you. DPD Romania is not able to determine the fulfillment of the conditions and is not responsible for the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the reporting obligations in the RO e-Transport system that are directly applicable to you.
