DPD only collects ans processes, directly or indirectly, your personal data:

DPD is committed to maintaining the security, confidentiality and protection of your data through appropriate measures to ensure their protection and prevent access by unauthorized persons. We subject our security systems and policies to periodic reviews to ensure that data is safe and protected. However, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of the information transmitted through our website. We also respect the confidentiality of your information. As such, we do not sell, distribute or otherwise make your data commercially available to any third party. DPD is committed to keeping your information confidential in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
DPD may have recourse to third entities that have access to personal data of our Customers. These third entities, as subcontractors, may have access to personal data, following, for such effect, the instructions of DPD.
These third parties are essentially partners or suppliers of goods and providers of services, which include providers of logistics, transportation, IT, archiving, support for back office activity, consulting, private security, contact center, intermediaries of creditors, bank promoters, etc.
DPD ensures that such subcontracting entities offer sufficient guarantees for the execution of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the applicable law and ensures the security and protection of the rights of data subjects, under the terms of the subcontracting agreement entered into with said subcontracting entities.

The company GeoPost, with registered office at 26 rue Guynemer 92130 Issy-Les-Moulineaux France, that is the parent company of the DPD, Seur and Chronopost subsidiaries, is the controller of myDPD.
The personal data are processed in the course of delivery services agreements. GeoPost hereby informs Users that the personal data collected are not mandatory for the performance of the delivery services, but they facilitate it.
The data will be used by GeoPost, its European entities and/or any third party involved in the performance of the services, particularly:
To perform the delivery services
To issue offers of similar products and services, by any mean of communication, as part of customizing business relations
To measure the level of satisfaction of the Users and improve the offers and services of GeoPost and its subsidiaries.
The personal data of the User are kept for a maximum of three (3) years following his last connection to myDPD, except for the physical address of the User that is kept five (5) years.
The User shall have the right of access, and to rectification, object, restriction of processing, data portability by transmission of his data where technically feasible, and erasure of his personal data. These rights may be exercised by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
For any problem linked to the management of his personnel data, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with any relevant supervisory authority.
