Standard domestic parcel

• Maximum weight of one package in a shipment: 50 kg
• Maximum length: 175 cm (longest side)
• Height + width + length <= 300 cm
• A box shaped like a cuboid, from which no oversized element protrudes

Standard domestic palette

• Maximum pallet weight - 700 kg
• Maximum dimensions of the pallet base - 80 cm x 120 cm
• Maximum load height (including the pallet) = 180 cm
• Pallet, where the goods do not protrude beyond its outline
• Goods packed on a pallet have the shape of a cuboid

Standard international parcel on DPD Classic service

• Maximum weight of one package in a shipment: 31.5 kg
• Maximum length: 175 cm (longest side)
• The sum of the base circumference and the package height cannot exceed 300 cm, where the height is the longest side of the package (2 x length + 2 x width + height <= 300 cm)
• A box in the shape of a cuboid or cube, from which no oversized element protrudes
• The bill of lading should be placed on the top of the package

Standard international pallet on DPD Classic service

• Maximum pallet weight - 700 kg
• Maximum dimensions of the pallet base - 80 cm x 120 cm
• Maximum load height (including the pallet) = 170 cm
• Pallet, where the goods do not protrude beyond its outline
• Goods packed on a pallet have the shape of a cuboid

Standard international parcel on DPD Express service

• Maximum weight of one package in a shipment: 31.5 kg
• Maximum length: 175 cm (longest side)
• The sum of the base circumference and the package height cannot exceed 300 cm, where the height is the longest side of the package (2 x length + 2 x width + height <= 300 cm)
• A box in the shape of a cuboid or cube, from which no oversized element protrudes

Non-standard parcel in domestic and international service (meeting at least one of the following conditions)

• A package with a cylindrical, round, oval shape, e.g. a tube, a roller with a fabric
• Irregularly shaped package, including packages that are not packed in a carton / regular shaped package
• A package with protruding elements or wrapped in a material that prevents it from sliding freely along the sorter, such as rubber, etc.
• Tires, if packaged contrary to DPD Polska guidelines (detailed information can be found in the Instruction for proper tire packing in DPD Polska
• A package whose longest side exceeds the maximum length.
• A package consisting of two separate parts connected into one irregular whole, e.g. by means of stretch foil, tape
• One shipment on the airline service can consist of a maximum of 10 packages. Additional packages, over 10 items, will be treated as another shipment

Non-standard pallet in domestic and international service (meeting at least one of the following conditions)

• Pallet with base dimensions smaller than the Euro pallet, i.e. less than 120 x 80 cm
• A pallet, where the goods packed on it have irregular shapes, are not a cuboid
• Pallet with the so-called large household appliances, e.g. washing machine, fridge, dishwasher

All packages packed in DPD company packages are standard packages. The following are considered DPD company packages: cardboard envelopes, poly mailers and company cardboard packages with the DPD logo.

Overall weight

If it is found that the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, the price for the Service is determined taking into account the dimensional weight. This restriction applies to packages:

• weighing more than 10 kg shipped in the domestic service of DPD CLASSIC
• all broadcasted on the DPD EXPRESS international service and on the DPD CITY city service
