  1. A courier is expected to deliver your parcel, but you won’t be home? Redirect it to the nearest DPD Pickup point or parcel locker using the DPD Mobile app
  2. Pick up the parcel from the DPD Pickup point or parcel locker* within 2 days

  1. Download the DPD Mobile or visit nadaj.dpd.com.pl
  2. Fill in the parcel and recipient information
  3. Choose the point or locker where you will drop off the parcel

  5. Print the label or write the parcel number on the parcel
  6. Take the parcel to the selected DPD Pickup point or parcel locker*
