Also if you use the Online Shipping tool of DPD, it is possible to have your parcel picked up by the driver. You can request one pickup per shipment. A surcharge of € 5.95 is charged for this.

How does it work?

First, you make all the parcel labels you need. In step 3 you indicate whether you will bring your parcel to a Pickup parcel shop yourself, or you want the driver to come pick it up. Here, you can choose the day yourself when you want the parcel to be picked up. This is possible up to five work days in advance.

You cannot choose a time window. The driver will pick up the parcel on the chosen day. Be sure to have your parcel ready when the driver comes to pick it up. Place the label on the box too so that the driver only has to scan it and take it with him.
