How can I add another user in DPD Shipper?

With the login data you received from DPD, you have access to the admin account you use to be the administrator. Among other things, this gives you the opportunity to:

  • create new users, appoint them as administrators or deregister them. This gives you full control over your users. 

If you want to give several colleagues within your organisation access to your labeling tool or if you have several pick-up addresses that need to be able to print labels, you can create separate users for this in DPD Shipper. 

  • To do so, select "Settings" and then "User Management". You will now see an overview of all the users that have ever been created. 
  • To create a new user, click "Add user". 
  • Once you have entered some basic information and chosen "Save", you can define the properties of that account. Here you can set the activated pick-up addresses, activated bank accounts and activated products of that specific user.
