A parcel is held for 7 calendar days at the DPD Service Point. After 7 days, the Service Point will receive the request to return the parcel to the sender. Then the parcel is returned.

The Service Point has only limited space to store parcels. that is why this agreement has been made between DPD and the shops.

A parcel at the DPD Locker is kept 5 days.
