A parcel is held for 7 calendar days at the Pickup parcel shop. On the 8th day, the Pickup parcelshop will receive the request to return the parcel to the sender. Then the package is returned.

The Pickup parcel shop has only limited space to store parcels. that is why this agreement has been made between DPD and the shops.
