• Are you a customer of the listed company?
• Is the tone of the mail friendly and do you get enough time to respond?
• Does the e-mail seem to be written without any errors?
• is the email sent from an email address of the company itself? (@ naambedrijf.nl) 
• Does the mail refer to a reliable website?
