I cannot scan the barcode of the label. What should I do?

Check that the label is legible and hold the barcode straight in front of the scanner. If the scanner still cannot read the label, you can enter the shipment number manually on the parcel machine screen. This number is in your e-mail or SMS and also on the label itself, under the barcode, starting with “05”. If it still doesn't work, contact DPD's customer service for further assistance.
