Returning a parcel via DPD is very easy. You can use an online ‘Return my parcel’ returns portal , create a returns label for your customer or have the parcel collected. You can, of course, use our extensive European Pickup parcelshop network. The choice is yours!
There are several ways to return a parcel. You can choose a return label in the box, a digital label via email or a return label on demand. Simply choose what you are most comfortable with and the product will soon be available for sale again.
With a digital label, your customers can return the parcel without printing themselves.
Want to keep control of whether the item can be returned? That too is possible with DPD. You can send the digital label by e-mail. Your customer can then decide whether he wants to print the label or have it printed at the Service Point.
Would you rather not have your return shipment delivered to a Service Point? Then Collection Request offers a solution. The driver will collect the parcel from the recipient's home. This way your customer can return his parcel carefree.
