This service has been especially developed for shipments to private individuals. You receive the same service as with DPD CLASSIC. The additional options are also available for DPD Home.

Consumers like to decide where and when a parcel is delivered. That is why DPD has developed the 2Shop service: delivery to a Pickup parcelshop. DPD has 100,000 DPD  Service Points in Europe.

Increased liability for extra security

Is the standard liability not sufficient because the Parcel content of the parcel has a higher value? Are you looking for extra security? Then simply increase the maximum compensation that DPD pays in the event of damage or loss for your DPD Classic parcel or DPD Home parcel.

DPD Shop Return

There are two ways to return your parcel: using a return label in the box or by requesting a return label. Returns are easy. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it off at a DPD Service Point.

Would you like to have a return parcel collected from your customer? With a Collection request, the courier takes the return label when they pick up the parcel. This service is available throughout Europe.

Express: DPD GUARANTEE

With this service, we guarantee that your parcel is delivered to your customer on a certain day. If we don't succeed, we'll refund the surcharge. Make sure you stick DPD service tape on your parcel!
