- Receive a code and the address via e-mail or SMS
- Use the code on the locker (within 5 days)
- The door opens
- Take your parcel and close the door

- Buy a label or use your return label
- Stick the shipping or return label on your parcel

- Scan the barcode on the label
- Box opens / put parcel in box / close the door and ready!
