Parcels can be returned to the Netherlands from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden via a Collection request or Shop return.

If your customers from Bulgaria, Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland), Italy, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Romania, Serbia or Switzerland wish to return a parcel, this can only be done via a Collection request.
