Home delivery with Predict

DPD is not only a specialist in business parcel delivery B2B. You can also count on our expertise for B2C deliveries.

Especially for B2C deliveries, we have developed DPD Home. We deliver the parcels at home and with Predict your customer receives an e-mail with a delivery window of just one hour within which the parcel is delivered. In addition, Predict offers your customer several more options to customise the delivery themselves.

Recipients can also track their parcel via myDPD. An app with all the necessary information about the parcel. So they know exactly where the parcel is.

Our supplementary options

Saturday delivery

DPD can also deliver your parcels on Saturdays. We collect the parcel on Thursday or Friday, and deliver it in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg on Saturday. You arrange the Saturday option through your label tool.

Collection request

If you want, we can collect a parcel for you from the customer, and deliver it to you or to someone else. This service is called Collection request. The DPD option is available in 25 countries through your label tool.

Opting to have your parcel collected? Then your customer will receive an email stating when we will arrive.

Increased liability for extra security

Is the standard liability not sufficient because the Parcel content of the parcel has a higher value? Are you looking for extra security? Then simply increase the maximum compensation that DPD pays in the event of damage or loss for your DPD Classic parcel or DPD Home parcel.

Age check

Certain items may only be delivered to persons 18 years or older. Especially for this purpose an age check option is available in our label tools. The recipient will have to show the driver a valid ID. The last 5 digits are registered on the driver's scanner so we can comply with the law.

Delivery to a Service Point – DPD Shop

Being able to decide where and when a parcel is delivered. That is what consumers like. That is why DPD has developed the service DPD Shop. DPD will then deliver the parcel to the Service Point of your customer's choice. There are more than 100,000 Service Point and Lockers in Europe, including 1,500 in the Netherlands. So there is always one near your customer.

Return via DPD

Of course, it sometimes happens that a customer returns an order. You can't prevent that from happening. Fortunately, managing your returns is not a complicated process and there are several options available at DPD. Simply choose what you are most comfortable with and the product will soon be available for sale again.

There are three reasons why you should always let your returns be handled by DPD:

  1. You have many options for returning a parcel: you can add a return label in the parcel, mail a return label or have a return collected from your customer. DPD offers the right solution for every business.

  2. With DPD, you manage your returns simply and efficiently. That means your product is quickly available for sale again.

  3. At no extra cost, you can use the online returns portal ‘Return my parcel’. The portal can be personalised with your own logo, photo and colour scheme and is easy to share with the recipient via a link. The recipient then creates his own return. This saves you a lot of work.

Your options for effortless returns

Enclose the return label in the parcel. Does your customer want to return the item? Then simply stick the parcel label on the packaging and drop the parcel off at a Service Point of his/her choice. There is always one nearby.

With a digital label, your customers can return the parcel without printing themselves.

  • You send the link with the QR code to your customer
  • Customer goes to a parcel point nearby
  • Customer shows the QR code
  • Service Point prints the label / sticks it on the parcel and takes over the parcel

Want to keep control of whether the item can be returned? That's also possible with DPD. You can send the digital label by e-mail. Your customer decides whether to print the label or have it printed at the Service Point.

Would you rather not have your return shipment delivered to a Service Pointt? Then Collection Request offers a solution. The driver will collect the parcel from the recipient's home. This way your customer can return his parcel carefree. Simply book a Collection Request via DPD Shipper or the return portal Return my parcel

Process is easy:
