Now even easier to use the Online Shipping Portal for business!

Especially for consumers and small business customers, DPD has an Online Shipping Portal where you can buy a label very easily. If you want to use this portal for business purposes and have created an account, we have news for you. You will find specific functionalities in the updated version to make doing business even easier.

What is new?

  1. Clear environment: In the updated business environment, you will find a handy menu where you can find your address book, previously sent parcels and invoices.

  2. Expansion of payment methods: Besides iDEAL and credit card, you can now pay via direct debit. Then you can also let an employee order labels without having to give your payment details.

  3. Simple administration: You can bundle all orders into one invoice every 2 weeks instead of one invoice per order. This way, you only need to download and add a few invoices for your VAT return.

  4. Invoice overview: In one overview, you can see all your invoices under each other instead of having to search for your invoices in different orders.

Want to know how to use the new direct debit? It works like this:

Step 1: You give DPD permission to debit money via DPD partner Twikey. You do this via written confirmation.
Step 2: You will receive a PDF document as proof of signed authorisation in your email.
Step 3: Once every fortnight, DPD collects the amount of the orders from the previous two weeks.
Step 4: You will receive an e-mail when a new invoice is available and it will be collected within 7 days.
Step 5: Once every fortnight you will receive a collective invoice for the orders from the previous two weeks.

Withdrawing your authorisation

When you stop the direct debit, we immediately combine the outstanding orders into one invoice. This will be sent to you and you will have to pay it manually.

Failed direct debits

If there are two failed direct debits, you can no longer use direct debit until there are no more outstanding direct debits. Parcel labels must then be paid mainly by iDEAL or credit card.
