When ordering goods from an internet store, clients wish to receive the shipment as soon as possible. DPD does everything within its power to make that happen. Thanks to parcel tracing in real-time, you can follow your parcel as it gets to you. If there's a change of plans, you can easily change the place and day of when and where you want to receive the parcel.
You can decide where and when you want to receive your parcels.
To reduce the waiting time, receipt of the shipment must be requested at least one hour before arrival at the Riga branch.
If you have not been notified, the possible waiting time is from 15 minutes to up to one hour.
Document Return Service (ROD) shipments are not issued at the branch;
Cash on delivery service (COD) shipments are not issued at the branch;
Parcels can be sent at the branch only using a tablet computer available at the branch, which has access to the DPD shipment self-service portal Eserviss.
The working hours of the branch on the working days are from 09:00 to 17:30.
Contactless delivery
Before the parcel is delivered, the client will receive an SMS/e-mail stating the 1-hour delivery window, at this moment the client may change the method of delivery and opt for a contactless delivery.
Change of address

Pickup
You can transfer your shipment to a Parcel Locker point and pick it up at your convenience.
