Terms and conditions

1. DPD Latvia has prepared a special discount for all eserviss.dpd.lv portal users who have subscribed to receive DPD news and marketing offers - the opportunity to send every seventh parcel through the DPD Parcel Locker network in Latvia for free.

2. The discount applies to all eserviss.dpd.lv users who have registered on the platform as private individuals and, have opted-in to receive DPD news and marketing offers under their "Account". Users do not need to take any additional actions to send every seventh parcel free of charge.

3. DPD Latvia will start counting sent parcels from 23.05.2023, at 00:01, and the counting of parcels will be in effect until 23.05.2024, with the right for DPD Latvia to extend the duration of this campaign at its discretion.

4. Any parcel that has been created and paid for through your account on eserviss.dpd.lv is counted. Parcels sent with a 100% discount or a service price of 0.00 EUR are not included.

5. DPD Latvia will send the discount code to the registered eserviss.dpd.lv email address. With this code, the customer can send one parcel within Latvia through the Parcel Locker network for free. Enter the discount code in the "Summary & Payment" section when creating your parcel under "Promo code" to apply a 100% discount on the delivery service - delivery from a Parcel Locker in Latvia to a Parcel Locker in Latvia. The discount code can only be used once and must be used within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving it.

6. DPD Latvia provides a convenient option for every DPD customer who has subscribed to receive DPD news and marketing offers to opt-out of receiving these messages in two ways. In your eserviss.dpd.lv account, under "My Profile" settings in the "Account" section, unchecking the selected subscription - "I agree to receive by e-mail personalized offers and DPD news" or in your received email, click "Unsubscribe from receiving DPD news" at the end of the message.
