Here are some tips on how to receive your online order smoothly.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you choose to pay for the goods at the time of delivery, you can conveniently pay with a bank card. If you are paying in cash, do not forget to have the exact amount of money ready when the courier arrives!
Identity verification.
Do not be surprised if the courier asks you to show your ID. We take care of your parcels, so we want to be 100% sure that the parcel will reach the right person.
Delivery address
We usually deliver parcels during business hours. Therefore, we recommend that you indicate the delivery address at which we can find you during business hours.
Telephone number
Please always provide your phone number. This way we will be able to inform you when the goods will be delivered.
Loading/unloading service.
If the goods are heavier than 31.5 kg, do not forget to order the loading/unloading service. Otherwise you will have to load/unload the goods by yourself.
