What happens to the parcel if the courier will not find me at the given address during delivery?
We will try to deliver the parcel on the nearest working day, if all the delivery data given is correct. The consignee can change the delivery address, choose another delivery day or redirect the parcel to a DPD parcel locker.
We will attempt to deliver your package three times. The consignee has the opportunity to collect the parcel from the DPD parcel distribution centre within 7 days (from the first attempt to deliver the parcel) If the parcel is not picked up, it is being returned to the consignor.
