H&M prekes galite grąžinti per DPD Pickup siuntų terminalus ir taškus. Gautos siuntos viduje rasite jau įdėtą siuntos lipduką. Jį užklijuokite ant paruoštos siuntimui pakuotės, o apatinę „Return“ lipduko dalį pasilikite sau. Supakuotą siuntą su užklijuotu siuntos lipdukų nuneškite į bet kurį DPD Pickup siuntų savitarnos terminalą ar siuntų tašką. Jei grąžinimą atliksite per siuntų savitarnos terminalą, terminale pasirinkite „Išsiųsti siuntą“ ir nuskenuokite siuntos lipduką. Siuntą įdėkite į atsidariusį skyrelį. Jei grąžinimą atliksite per siuntų tašką. Grąžinimu pasirūpins siuntų taško darbuotojas.

You can return Eavalyne.lt goods via DPD Pickup parcel terminals and points. The return label is already inside the package. Stick it on the ready-to-send package. Take the packaged parcel with the affixed parcel label to any DPD Pickup parcel self-service terminal or parcel point. If you make a return via a self-service parcel terminal, select “Send parcel” at the terminal and scan the parcel label. Place the parcel in the opened locker. If you make a refund through the parcel point, the refund will be carried out by the parcel point employee.
