Please be informed, that due to difficult weather conditions and a large amount of snow may cause temporary delays in shipments.
To ensure the smooth collection and delivery of parcels, please prepare the parcels for courier collection as early as possible.

Please be informed, that DPD will collect parcel earlier on 31st December. To ensure smooth collection and delivery of parcels, please prepare parcels by the time below.
Zone I - prepare parcels till 12 pm.
Zones II and III - pprepare parcels till 10 am.
Standing orders for parcel collection - prepare parcels till 2:30 pm.
Following the decision of most European countries to close their border with the UK, DPDgroup has no choice but to suspend European road services between mainland Europe and British islands (i.e. the UK and Republic of Ireland). Therefore, the following decisions enter into force on 21 December 2020 until further notice:
Services from UK and Channel Islands to mainland Europe suspended,
Services from mainland Europe to UK, Channel Islands, and Republic of Ireland suspended,
Services UK to Republic of Ireland both ways closed, except designated UK accounts,
Services Republic of Ireland to European Union as per normal.
At this stage, we do not know how long these services will be unavailable for, but we will provide regular updates as the situation changes.
Consignee will be able to pay for the delivered goods only by bank card.
Couriers will not accept cash temporarily.
In case of any misunderstanding at the consignee, the courier has a right not to leave a parcel.
The ordered loading works shall be performed only up to the door of private premises. For example, the parcels will be taken to the staircase and left at the flat’s door. Couriers shall not enter private premises.
Ordered loading/unloading service for 80-120 kg parcels is not available. Loading/unloading service is available for shipments up to 80 kg. Parcels will be delivered and loaded/unloaded by two DPD couriers without the assistance of the consignee.

It is temporarily not possible to send and pickup parcels from delivery depots, except from Vilnius, Kaunas and Panevėžys depots. You are still able to send and collect parcels from these 3 depots.

documents have to be prepared so that one signature of consignee would be enough

documents have to be prepared with clear and bright coloured marks in the place of signature. The consignee has to familiarize with the document and places intended for signature beforehand.
It is important to know about the Document Return service:
You should prepare documents properly, in accordance with the aforementioned temporary requirements because DR parcels that do not meet the requirements will not be delivered.
The courier is not going to consult the consignee additionally about signing of the documents.
The courier will not inspect the returned document.
The duration of the service of document return will get longer by 2 days at least due to additional internal safety procedures.
We strongly recommend, inform consignees they should have their own pen for signing.
Ordered loading/unloading service for 80-120 kg parcels is not available in Marijampolė, Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda. Loading/unloading service is available for shipments up to 80 kg. Parcels will be delivered and loaded/unloaded by two DPD couriers without the assistance of the consignee. UKD service is mandatory for parcels up to 31.5 kg.
It is temporarily not possible to send and pickup parcels from delivery depots, except from Vilnius, Kaunas and Panevėžys depots. You are still able to send and collect parcels from these 3 depots.
Parcel delivery remains contactless. The consignee's signature is replaced by a PIN code.
DPD couriers must wear protective face masks during delivery and parcel collection.
When delivering parcels, couriers must maintain a safe distance of 2 meters from any contact with another person.
Although no quarantine has been introduced in the country, DPD would like to reduce the risk to its customers and couriers as much as possible. From 1st August we take additional security actions:

Siuntų saugojimo terminas paštomatuose nuo šiol kaip įprastai - 7 dienos.
Informuojame, kad nuo 2020 05 22 visos siuntos DPD Pickup siuntų terminaluose bus saugomos 7 dienas nuo to momento, kai siuntos gavėjas gauna SMS žinutę su durelių PIN kodu.
Kai siuntą įdedame į paštomatą, Gavėjas gauna SMS žinutę su durelių PIN kodu ir data bei tikslia valanda iki kada bus saugoma siunta.
Jei Gavėjas siuntos neatsiima, po 24 val. jis gauna pakartotinį SMS, t. y. priminimą apie siuntą esančią paštomate ir data, iki kada siunta bus saugoma.
Neatsiėmus siuntos per 72 val. Gvaėjas gauna dar vieną pakartotinį SMS su priminimu.
Neatsiėmus siuntos per 7 d. ji išimama iš paštomato ir grąžinama siuntėjui.

In order to further reduce the potential risks of COVID-19 and limit physical contact, we strongly recommend that you refrain from using handwritten parcel stickers filled in by the courier and create them by yourself with the parcel marking interface at www.esiunta.lt.

We will create a login and password for your convenience. Send us your DPD payer ID and company name by e-mail to [email protected].
After entering the parcel data at www.esiunta.lt, call the courier and they will bring the parcel sticker free of charge the next business day and pick up your parcels.
In response to the quarantine and the increased risk to our couriers, we strongly recommend that you refrain from using handwritten parcel stickers, and we would like to inform you that, from April 1, 2020, all parcels prepared without a parcel sticker will be subject to an additional charge of €1.50. A parcel without a parcel sticker is a parcel for which the courier fills in the parcel data by hand upon arrival to pick up the parcel.

From March 16, we have temporarily suspended the issuance and dispatch of parcels at DPD Pickup parcel points, as the activities of places where parcel points are located, i.e. non-food stores, salons and other service points, are suspended in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
Parcels that have been sent to parcel points will be directed to the nearest DPD Pickup parcel lockers. If you have any questions, we will gladly answer them by e-mail [email protected] or by phone +370 5210 6777 (working hours I–V: 08:00–18:00).
All DPD Pickup parcel lockers will work as normal.
