These General Terms and Conditions give the general contract terms for the inland and international courier and related services carried out by DPD Hungary Kft.
Latest amendments - Notification: 17.06.2024 - Entry into force: 01.07.2024
Changes:
- Our DPD Direct2Shop storage period has been changed from 7 to 5 calendar days, the Consignee has 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Parcel Shop to pick up the parcel at the Parcel Shop
- Specified the description of our Predict service (Domestic and International GTC)
- Correction of over-insurance fees for occasional consignors
- For DPD Direct2Shop permanent partners, the price list has been extended to include the Czech Republic and Greece
- Greece has been added to the non-contracted, export DPD Classic price lists
