All contents of the DPD website are protected by copyright. Unless Hungarian copyright laws provide to the contrary, any use and distribution requires the prior consent of DPD or the respective copyright holder.

DPD asserts that the name DPD and all DPD logos are subject to copyright and any use of those without the prior written consent of the rights holder is a breach of the law and will have the legal consequences provided by civil and criminal law.
Liability

DPD is liable as service provider for the content of its website within the constraints of the law. Nevertheless, DPD is not obliged as service provider to check stored or transmitted information originating from third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. This does not affect its obligation under the law to prevent the use of or to delete such information. Its liability in this respect arises only from the moment that DPD becomes aware of such a legal contravention. DPD will immediately remove such unlawful content when it learns of this contravention.

The DPD website may contain links to external websites over whose appearance and content DPD has no influence. Consequently, DPD shoulders no liability for such external content. The relevant service provider or operator bears liability for the content of such external websites. Checks for any legal infringements on the websites linked to were made only when the link was made. Continuous checking of linked websites cannot be reasonably expected without evidence of legal infringement. DPD immediately removes such offending links when it learns of any legal infringement. DPD reserves the right to make links to the DPD website from other websites for the purpose of displaying or discontinuing some content.
