With our unique Predict services, you do not to wait all day for your parcel. We give you a one-hour window when our courier will deliver.
What makes our services special?

On the day of collection, we notify the recipient by e-mail that DPD has the parcel, and give the amount payable on delivery and information about delivery the next weekday.

The day before delivery, the recipient may, if necessary, make one change to the delivery date or address, as described in the notification. The change is easy to make, online.

On the day of delivery, we send the recipient e-mail notification that the parcel has been collected. This gives a one-hour delivery window, increasing the chances of successful delivery. The window is an estimated time, but DPD also offers time-guaranteed services on terms given in the GTC.

Track the whole journey of your package – domestic or international – in our parcel tracking system (not in real time) from the moment the sender hands it over to DPD and it is given a parcel number.
Our services let you see the status of your parcel at any time: in the distribution centre, on the road to one of our depots, or being handled by the local depot.

Our systems can also let recipients track the delivery process in real time and provide options to change the delivery date and address, or redirect to a Pickup shop. To do any of these, just click on the link in the Predict message or press the Send a Package button below.
Live tracking of international consignments starts when they have been scanned into the tracking system in Hungary, and so the recipient can track the parcel's progress in real time within the country. To find out the current location of a product you have ordered from abroad, use the Parcel Tracking service.
