Maximal dimensions

Your parcel can weigh up to 31.5 kg and the combined dimensions (longest side + circumference) can be max. 300 cm. In addition the max. length can be 175 cm (longest side). The Girth and Volumetric Weight Calculator will help you to check the relevant weights and sizes.

Excluded goods

Some goods cannot be shipped with DPD. These include live animals, firearms and particularly valuable goods, such as precious metals and precious stones. For comprehensive information on the excluded goods and on shipping with DPD, please check our General Terms of Business.

We want to provide you excellent shopping experience when buying online.

Here are some tips on how to receive your online order smoothly:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) - If you choose to pay for the goods at the time of delivery, you can conveniently pay with a bank card. If you are paying in cash, do not forget to have the exact amount of money ready when the courier arrives!

  2. Identity verification - Do not be surprised if the courier asks you to show your ID. We take care of your parcels, so we want to be 100% sure that the parcel will reach the right person.

  3. Delivery address - We usually deliver parcels during business hours. Therefore, we recommend that you indicate the delivery address at which we can find you during business hours.

  4. Telephone number - Please always provide your phone number. This way we will be able to inform you when the goods will be delivered.
