With our Live-Tracking function and flexible redirection options, we provide consignees with full control over their parcel shipping.
With our delivery notification and Live-Tracking, you no longer need to waste time waiting for parcels. On the day of delivery we inform you down to the last hour exactly when your parcel will arrive! During Live-Tracking the time window even runs down to 30 minutes.
You decide when and where we deliver your parcel. If at any time you aren't at home, our options for changing the delivery mean you will never again miss a parcel.
Simply choose delivery to a safe place and we’ll leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice (e.g. in the garage). This is all you do:
- Select “Delivery to a safe place” from the redirection options
- Specify the safe place of your choice (e.g. “on the terrace”)
- Then if you're not at home we'll leave the parcel in the specified location
As a registered user, you can specify the deposit okay as your delivery preference, and we then apply this option for all future parcels.
Redirect your parcel to a local Pickup parcelshop. This is all you do:
- Select “Specify Pickup parcelshop” from the redirection options
- Find a suitable nearby parcel shop - We’ll deliver the parcel to the parcel shop you have specified
- We will then deliver your parcel there
As a registered user you can specify a favourite parcel shop as your delivery preference, and we will apply this option for all future parcels
Have the parcel delivered on a different day. This is all you do:
- Select “Change day” from the redirection options
- In the calendar simply click on your preferred day
- We’ll deliver your parcel on the day you specify
Make use of the Pickup points and you can pick up your parcel at the time that suits you.
Do you need to pick up your parcel and don’t want to be dependent on courier’s arrival? Make use of Pickup and you can pick up your parcel when it is suitable for you.
- When ordering a transport select "delivered to Pickup"
- Or in an interactive SMS choose to take in the Pickup.
- When the package is delivered to Pickup will receive an SMS with information when you can pick up the package.
- Deposition of the parcel in the Pickup within 7 calendar days.

Now you can pay your parcels online when you get a notification that the parcel is on delivery or when the courier has already arrived at your address.
Payment is possible on a one-time or instalment basis (up to six instalments). Installment payment is currently possible for the following cards: Mastercard (Zagrebačka banka), Erste - Diners, PBZ - Visa Premium.
