When will my parcel be ready for collection from the parcel shop?

As soon as we have delivered your parcel to the Pickup parcelshop, you receive notification by email and/or SMS. If no day is indicated, your parcel is available for collection immediately.

How long will my parcel be stored at the Pickup parcelshop?

Parcels which are delivered to the Pickup parcelshop are stored there for 5 calendar days. Calendar days are every day of the week, including Sunday.

Can I also send via the parcel shop?

Yes! To send the parcel, follow the steps:
  1. visit our portal posaljipaket.hr
  2. fill in the information about the sender and recipient
  3. choose your favorite Pickup location to drop off the parcel
  4. print the label and stick it on the parcel
  5. drop off the parcel to the selected Pickup location
And the DPD courier will take care of the rest! 🤗

Can I pay COD amount for my parcel at a Pickup parcelshop?

Cash on delivery (COD) payment is available at almost all Pickup locations. Exceptions are dm drogerie-market locations, where parcels can only be redirected and picked up without cash on delivery.
