We would like to inform you about the changes related to the contractual regulation of the area of ​​personal data protection in our business. DPD Croatia d.o.o., as well as the entire DPDgroup pays great attention to the security of personal data and makes significant efforts in the daily improvement of this area.

In order to unify the approach of the entire DPDgroup, we are changing the existing status of DPD Croatia d.o.o. in the context of the General Regulation on Data Protection, and in relation to the company's clients. Starting from March 14, 2022, DPD Croatia d.o.o. changes its current practice and, in relation to current and future clients, qualifies the mutual relationship in terms of personal data protection as the relationship of independent data controllers.

The mentioned qualification is based on the legal regulation of the field of data protection at the level of the European Union, the guidelines of the European Committee for Personal Data Protection as well as the decisions and opinions of the supervisory bodies of the EU member states.
