DPD Croatia participated in the third CRO Commerce conference

Zagreb | October 8th, 2021. | CRO Commerce is a conference organized by the eCommerce Croatia association, which was established with the aim of informing, educating, connecting, and helping each other online retailers and other entities involved in process of creating, implementing, or promoting web sales.

„What has changed in the habits of online shoppers due to the pandemic? “„How did we manage to survive despite the lockdown? “„How are new payment methods being developed, what innovations are planned by delivery services? “are just some of the issues that were addressed at his year's conference.

CRO Commerce panelParticipants had the opportunity to learn how to stay connected with their customers. Thus, eCommerce Croatia, in cooperation with its members and partners, presented numerous innovations, but also organized several interesting panels through which experts in individual fields gave their overview of the pandemic period, as well as presented plans for the future.

Our sales director Tomislav Lažeta represented DPD Croatia at the panel „Stay connected with logistics“ where he spoke about the impact of the pandemic and the challenges we faced, but also announced numerous innovations that we are proud of.

Thus, on the panel, we presented a unique way of communication that is designed to facilitate further business for all links-chatbot. Chatbots are one of the most famous examples of artificial intelligence.
