Try following the instructions below:

  1. Try clicking on the link from the SMS message again and go through the whole process again.

  2. Check the Bluetooth connection and do not be more than one meter away from the Parcel Locker.

  3. We recommend using the Direct4.me application and the Chrome browser - Safari, Mozilla and other browsers are not compatible with the program. If you don't usually use Chrome, copy the link from the SMS directly into your browser.
