The road transport of dangerous goods is regulated by the Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
DPD France only road transports products that are subject to the Limited Quantities regime (chapter 3 and 4) or that can be exempted from the ADR.
Their handling therefore requires special attention to the nature and quantity of the product. Appropriate packaging will ensure the safety of our employees and the integrity of your goods during their transportation.

The shipper is fully responsible for the declaration, packaging and labeling of dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements of the ADR.
A non-compliant shipment exposes us to the risk of prejudice and fines by the authorities. Any parcel not respecting the conditions of transport will be automatically refused without compensation.
