This offer is available for your shipments in mainland France.

Because we understand your requirements, DPD Médical guarantees you :

  The application of specific procedures for undeliverable parcels and for the processing of returns.

  A DPD Médical representative present in each depot, supervised by our consultant pharmacist and the Quality team, to ensure optimal
processing of your parcels and the full application of our quality procedures.

  A dedicated and secure storage area for DPD Médical parcels being held and specific management of sensitive cases with information for the sender.

  Management of incidents according to DPD Médical procedures with information from the sender

  Specific labelling to facilitate the application of our DPD Médical procedures

  Daily reports on the handling of your parcels on your premises.

  Certipharm certification guarantees the application of good distribution practices by DPD at all stages of the process

Your parcels must comply with standards for optimal industrialised processing. This standard ensures cost savings and optimum processing conditions.

DPD France ensures the transport of parcels and documents in compliance with the following standard :

  • Dimensions: 3m developed area and 2m maximum length.
  • Weight: 30kg per parcel maximum.

 

Ad Valorem will allow you to insure your goods on their real amount (the legal compensation being 33€/Kg
