If the sender of your parcel has opted for the service for private individuals, you will be informed very quickly by SMS and e-mail of the day and timeframe you will be delivered. The day or time is not convenient for you? No problem, you can change the delivery day or even choose a new address to receive your parcel.
If the sender has not chosen this option, you can rely on the delivery times indicated by your sender. You can be delivered from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. We also deliver on Saturdays for certain postal codes.
In both cases, you can easily track your parcel using our tracking tool.
We invite you to contact our Customer Service so that they can carry out a search.

This means that your parcel has not yet been physically handed over to DPD France. A parcel number has already been assigned to it, but your sender has not yet handed over your parcel to DPD France. In this case, only your sender is able to answer your questions about the delivery of your order.
If your parcel number appears as "unknown", don't panic, this most likely means that your parcel has not yet been handed over to DPD France by the sender. We advise you to wait a few hours and then try again. Your parcel tracking service should then show you the route your parcel has taken.
If, despite this, your parcel number continues to appear as "unknown", this indicates that the parcel number that was entered is incorrect or is not in the DPD France network.
Please contact your sender for further information if necessary.
