What information is displayed in the "Undelivered parcels" section?

In the 'Undelivered parcels' section, you'll find a real-time update on parcels facing delays, for reasons such as the absence or closure of your addressee, missing or incorrect data, or routing errors. 

Widgets are clickable and customisable.

🚩 It is important to note that certain other reasons for non-delivery require action on the part of the sender, via the Demandes d'Informations Complémentaires so that your parcels can be re-delivered.
