What criteria can I use to search for a parcel?

You can search for and track parcels using the following criteria: 

• Package number
• Shipment reference
• Address and contact details (e-mail and telephone) of recipient
• Status of the parcel (in transit, in a branch, in a relay, being delivered, delivered, etc.)
• Per period (maximum 31 days over the last 3 months)
• By customer account

Shipment history is available for the last 6 months, except for the period search, which is limited to the last 3 months.

This flexibility means you can quickly locate a parcel using the information that is most relevant to you, while allowing you to save your own customised filters".
