You can search for and track parcels using the following criteria:
Package number
Shipment reference
Address and contact details (e-mail and telephone) of recipient
Status of the parcel (in transit, in a branch, in a relay, being delivered, delivered, etc.)
Per period (maximum 31 days over the last 6 months)
By customer account
