To send a parcel by DPD Relay, follow these simple steps:

1. Create a shipment by entering the recipient's details.

2. Select the Relay service, making sure you fill in the mandatory information.

3. Choose a Pickup point close to the recipient's address.

4. If necessary, notify the recipient by text message and authorise the return of the parcel.

5. Enter the details of the parcel(s), such as the number, shipping date, weight, insurance and reference.

6. Design and print the label to finalise the shipment.
