To send a parcel to an individual at home using Predict, go to the 'Ship' section, select 'Create a shipment', enter the recipient's details, choose the Predict service, enter the parcel details and then click 'Create'. It's simple and efficient.

Start by entering the recipient's details: surname, first name, address and any additional information, telephone number and e-mail address.
