How do I request or view a pick-up?

Follow these simple steps in the "Shipping" section:

1. Go to "Request pick-ups" to initiate a new request.

2. Select the location where the parcels will be collected, and add any useful information if necessary.

3. Choose the date you would like to pick up.

4. Click on "Create" to save the pick-up request after confirming all the details. On the right-hand side of the page, we remind you of the list of your forthcoming pick-ups.

💡 You can create a pick-up request until midnight for the following day. Pick-ups are from Monday to Friday.

🚩 Same-day pick-ups are not possible.
